Morning Jeff, thanks for taking care of the Certificate of Occupancy for the Cahoon museum and for helping me to close
the various outstanding permits. I understand that an annual inspection will be needed now that we know of the A-3
nature of the occupancy. Further, I understand the local inspector_for the area is Jeff Carter.and we will get ahold of him
to set up a walkthrough.
I have also included here on this email Ms.Jennifer Nemec,Operations Manager for the Cahoon Museum. She will
most likely be reaching out to Jeff on the Museum's behalf to arrange for the inspection. If need be, she can also be
reached at inemec@cahoonmuseum.org or by calling 508-428-75I8.
I will certainly follow up with her to be sure we are up to date.
Jenn,Jeff Carter can be reached at 508-862-4035 or by calling the general number of the Barnstable Building
department at 508-862-4038 to arrange for an inspection.
Thanks again,
Dan D.
