I have reviewed the titles on all the parcels mentioned herein and find that all;of these parcels have remained in j. separate ownership. . s q Past History of Kokoszyna parcel- Mrs. Kokoszyna and her late husband purchase the property from the Wequaquet Associates,Inc on August 16, 1961, and have owned the property since then. The Town approved the original plan for the area in 1956. See subdivision plan of land in Centerville, MA for James J. Taylor, Scale 1"=60' February 9,1956 Said Plan is recorded, with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 126, Page 101.
