As you know when this project originated we had much litigation with the Town Conservation Commission. As a result of the settlement with the Commission we were required to redesign many of the home and landscaping plans. These plans were completed this summer. This past fall, as you are aware, this redesign work commenced in September through December, 1988. For your information, the following work has been done during the September I-December 31 time span: 1. installed water main and individual water service to each house (A-G); 2. installed main electric cable and electric service to each house (A-G); 3. paved the road and installed driveways to each house (A-G); 4. put in walkways and seating throughout Open Space; 5. landscaped and fenced over 2,000 feet along Bay Lane (cost in excess of $100,000.) but due to the unpredictable winter months of January and February we have suspended building of these houses until March, 1989.
