Special Conditions (Use additional p4per if necessary) 1. There shall be no stockpiling of .fill or excavated material between the building and the wetland (referred to as. "depression" on• the plan) , or between the building and the top of the* bank. 2. A work limit shall be maintained at least 25 feet from the edge of the wetland/ depression. A double row of staked haybales shall be set in place at the work limit prior to the start of work at the site, and maintained throughout construction 3. An undisturbed buffer of natural vegetation shall be maintained in the future. within 35 feet of the edge of the wetland/depression, except as precluded by the proposed .deck. Any areas disturbed within the 35. foot buffer shall be replanted with indigenous shrubbery spaced three to four feet on center (inkberry, bayberry, high bush blueberry, clethra, etc.):, 4. A work limit shall be maintained at least 20 feet from the top of the bank. A double row of staked haybales shall be set in place at. the work limit prior to the start of work at the site; and maintained throughout construction. Any areas disturbed within 20 feet of the top of the bank shall be replanted with indigenous shrubbery, and a 20-foot wide buffer of natural vegetation shall be maintained in the future. 5. The driveway for the .residence .shall be constructed of gravel or other pervious material. 6. Dry wells shall be installed to handle. roof runoff. 7. All disturbed areas shall be revegetated immediately following completion of work at the site. No area shall be left unvegetated or unmulched for more than 60 days. F 8. The site shall be inspected by the Conservation Commission in June 1986. Prior to. June 1, 1986, the project engineer shall stakeout the limit of the vegetated ons 3 and 4 above.
