Dear Mr. Daluz:
Please be advised that I have examined title to Lot 20, Land Court
Plan 24614-C, Assessor's Map 188, Parcel 34 and find that it has been in
separate ownership from lots contiguous to it since 1958.
Because of this, in my opinion, said lot is a buildable lot even though
it does not conform to current zoning.
