Many homeowners who use this-exemption are unaware that they are assuming the responsibilities of a supervisor (see Appendix Q,Rules&Regulations for Licensing Construction Supervisors,Section 2.15) This lack of awareness often results in serious problems,particularly when the homeowner hires unlicensed persons. In this case,our Board cannot proceed against the unlicensed person as it would with a licensed Supervisor. The homeowner acting as Supervisor is ultimately responsible. To ensure that the homeowner is fully aware of his/her responsibilities,many communities require,as part of the permit application,that the homeowner certify that he/she understands the responsibilities of a Supervisor. We were six adults and a total Member since 8/22/2011 of eight children, ranging from ages 3 to 10. We had a fabulous time here. The property is beautiful with awesome views and access to the river. We loved the kayaks too. All the equipment you need is there. The outdoors living space is also amazing. The pool is gorgeous and everything is so beautifully landscaped with plenty of seating for adults and children - all outdoors furniture is new and i clean. />The house is large. We were a group of 14 and never felt crowded. The I kitchen is fully stocked with whatever utensil you could possibly need. There is a lovely screened-in porch which was, by far, our favourite room. We spent so much time in there, eating every meal, and having drinks once the kids were in bed. In this room, we felt like we were outdoors, except no bugs! t i Even though the weather was hot, the marble floors kept the home cool without the need for air conditioning. The house is fully stocked with enough towels.and bedding. It is a close drive to Craigville. Beach, the grocery store, fish market, pizza place and liquor store. Hyannis Port is also close. From there, we went fishing with the kids and whale watching, which were both highlights of our trip. Cape Cod is a great destination. It was well worth the ten hour drive from I Canada. Arrangements were streamlined and easy. Mike, the owner, is so easy to deal with. Arrangements were done mainly by email, then we exchanged cell numbers. Mike and Amy were there to greet us when we arrived and were so welcoming. Thank you Mike, Amy and Ann we will have wonderful memories of your place.
