I inspected the rental property located,at 51 Fuller Road, Centerville, MA on 12/13/2010.
The split level home contained two separate kitchen areas. According to the tenant
upstairs, the owner is renting out the bottom- floor-as a separate unit.

Trouble's a-brewin' over at 51 fuller.rd centerville. On top of have two extra bedrooms,
there is a make shift kitchen on the bottom floor and-,the owner is renting out that area
to a separate person.
I'm sending a letter to get 'rid of the 'bedrooms and to correcf a few other problems I
found so I have that area covered
