Dear Mr. Sunderman:
In reference to your letter of 16 November, 1987 may we provide the follow-
ing information:
An on site inspection of the property in question -C646_Fuller R.oad,--C_entervill'e),
was conducted by Mr. Bartell on 9 December, 1987. On that occasion he
witnessed some boards and a wheelbarrow in the back yard and a licensed
truck parked in the yard. These are not zoning violations.
A review of correspondence, yours and others, dating back to May 1987,
indicates that the landscape business you referenced was moved from the
premises o/a July 8, 1987. Your letter of July 15, 1987 to Mr. Bartell
commends him for taking this action.
Mr. Bartell has conducted a number of visits to the property. However, it
is not possible for us to stake out the house for long periods of time to see
if there are any violations. Should you choose to pursue this further, you
may wish to take photographs with date and time noted that may be useful
in any further investigation.

I have attached copies of letters from Mr. Sundermanand my responses
to him re the property at 66 Fuller Road, Centerville.
On December 9th I observed some boards and a wheelbarrow in the back_
yard and a registered truck parked in the yard. No .one answered. the door
when I knocked.
Based on my observation of December 9, 1987 I do not feel there is a
zoning violation.

Please refer to my letter to you, dated Aug. 24, 1987 , with.
Zoning violations information sheets attached.
Your reply letter of Aug. 26 , 1987 is totally unacceptable since:
( 1 ) in your reply, Your second paragraph stated`'. . . . th
e
Board will be in contact with you" . Your Board never contacted
me, ( 2 ) you. also did not provide an explanation, as I requested
in the last- paragragh of my Aug . 24th letter,and( 3 ) you appear
to have ignored my supportive documentation and struggle with
your zoning officer and simply asked Mr. Bartell for a one
liner explanation to you.
The illegal Lawn Care business at 66 Fuller Rd. has actually
gone on for over ( 3 )three years now!
For your information, I have never observed Mr. Bartell
inspecting the business at 66 Fuller Rd. , nor have I ever seen
him drive by the property.
I resent doing Mr. Bartells job for him, but the procrastination, '
while violations. go on, is ridiculous.
Below is listed just some of the major equipment operating in and out
of the storage garage DAILY!

The fact that Mr . Bartell has refused tD enforce your/our
zoning laws at 66 Fuller Rd . is indeed a form of reverse
harassment to us neighbors and raises some serious questions .
I expect a reply, I expect an explanation as to why the law
has not been enforced and I expect your Board to see to it
that it^enforced immediately.

Recently, at the request of Mr. Sunderman, I reinspected the property in
question. No visible evidence of a business use at the time of inspection.
Any further inspections of the premises at this time would, in my opinion,
border on harassment of the resident.
