I tried to get some pictures of the"parking lot" at the two houses we talked about but unfortunately it didn't work.
The one on the corner of Great Marsh & Shootflying Hill had 10 vehicles, 2 of which were on the front lawn and 5
that were in the back yard, 3 were in the driveway! The house directly behind it, 407 Great Marsh had 3 in the
driveway and 9 in the back yard!This is ridiculous! We try to keep our properties neat and well kept and then you
have people move in and the properties look like a damn parking lot. The yards get trashed because they park on
them and it makes my neighborhood look like crap, decreases the appeal and I would suspect, value of my
property.
I would like to discuss this situation with someone who can put a stop to it. If you could direct me to the
appropriate person I would appreciate it. I will be happy to try and get pictures again but I really think someone
from the Town should come by early in the AM. and see for themselves. We have lived here for 20 +years and I'll
be damned if I will see the value of my property decreased because of this. Sorry for the tone , But this is serious
we now have three of these Brazilian properties surrounding us and they all seem to do the same thing and that's
packing people and cars into and onto the property.

• The use does not involve the production of offensive noise,vibration,smoke,dust or other particular matter,
odors,electrical disturbance,heat,glare,humidity or other objectionable effects.
• There is no storage or use of toxic or hazardous materials,or flammable or explosive materials,in excess of
normal household quantities.
• Any need for parking'generated by such use shall be met on the same lot containing the Customary Home
Occupation,and not within the required front yard.
• There is no exterior storage or display of materials or equipment.
• There are no commercial vehicles related to the Customary Home Occupation,other than one van or one
pick-up truck not to exceed one ton capacity,and one trailer not to exceed 20 feet in length and not to
exceed 4 tires,parked on the same lot'containing the Customary Home Occupation.

tried to get some pictures of the"parking lot"at the two houses we talked about but
unfortunately it didn't work. The one on the corner of Great Marsh & Shootflying Hill had 10
vehicles, 2 of which were on the front lawn and 5 that were in the back yard, 3 were in the
driveway! The house directly behind it,KO7 Great Marsh had-3 in the driveway and 9 in the back
yard! This is ridiculous!We try to keep our properties neat and well kept and then you have
people move in and the properties look like a damn parking lot. The yards get trashed because
they park on them and it makes my neighborhood look like crap, decreases the appeal and I
would suspect, value of my property.
I would like to discuss this situation with someone who can put a stop to it. If you could direct me
to the appropriate person I would appreciate it. I will be happy to try and get pictures again but I
really think someone from the Town should come by early in the AM. and see for themselves.We
have lived here for 20 +years and I'll be damned if I will see the value of my property decreased
because of this. Sorry for the tone , But this is serious we now have three of these Brazilian
properties surrounding us and they all seem to do the same thing and that's packing people and
cars into and onto the property.

NOTICE TO ABATE VIOLATIONS OF 105 CMR 410.000, STATE SANITARY
CODE II — MINIMUM STANDARDS OF FITNESS FOR HUMAN HABITATION
AND THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE CODE CHAPTER 170.
The property owned by you located at 407 Great Marsh Road, Centerville was inspected
on February 13, 2007 by Thomas McKean; Health Agent for the Town of Barnstable.
This inspection was conducted on the basis of a complaint received by the Health
Department.
The following violations,of the State Sanitary Code were observed:
105 CMR 410.350 - Plumbing Connections. Too many bedrooms observed for the
capacity of the septic system. Five bedrooms observed when septic is designed for a
maximum of four bedrooms.
