This property is located in an RD1 zone and prior to 1985 this lot complied with all of the bulk regulations as a buildable lot. For your assistance in understanding this lot and the surrounding lots, I have included a copy of Assessors' Map 210, copy of Plans 151-113, 298-80, and 384-81. Lot 4A was acquired by Merton B. Tarlow and Alma G. Tarlow on 08/20/1984 by deed in 4231-52 (see copy). and continued to own this property through the 1985 zoning change without owning an adjoining land in the ownership. Presently the lot is owned by Wendy T. Kaplan one-half interest and Merton B. Tarlow and Alma G. Tarlow one-half interest by deed in 6874-253 dated 08/24/1989 (see copy of deed) . The next adjoining parcel to the north of locus is Lot 6A and that is adjoined by Lot 6B as shown on plan 298-80. Lots 1, 2 and 6B on plan 298-80 were Acquired by Alma G. Tarlow by deed in 2415-186 on 10/18/1976 (see copy of deed) . Lot 6A, which adjoins locus, was acquired by Alma G. Tarlow by deed in 4116-90 dated 05/18/1984. Locus, Lot 4A was in separate ownership and did not merge. Lots 1, 2, 6B and 6A as above-described on plan 298-80 are combined into Parcels B and C by plan in 384-81. This property was owned by Grace V. Winters on 05/15/1984, she conveys to Dennis J. Aceto on 06/15/1986 in 5157-326.
