The plans represent the merger of certain contiguous lots that have already merged by operation of law. , The High Noon ANR Plan shows three new lots-Lot Nos.A-1,A-z and A-3 and the Judith Eve ANR Plan shows one new lot-Lot No.A-4: Each new lot is created by merger of 3 undersized subdivision lots. Each new lot represents that grouping of lots that have merged to meet the minimum lot area of 1-acre of contiguous upland and represents that combination that would have been grandfathered from the 2-acre Resource Protection Overlay District requirements by Section 240-91.G of the Zoning Ordinance.
