FYI: This is an advisory notice for inspectors.
Wanted to let all of you know that the wiring inspector (Gene) has-noted the basement of this house is full"of
treasures and it is impossible to walk around. He noted that the living areas of the house are very cluttered, as
well. Gene stated that there is a pathway to the kitchen on the first floor but one had to pay close attention and
step.over numerous items. He said the outside is littered with stuff too but it's not really visible from the street.
The property is screened from view by a thick tree line and shrubs. (This is located on the corner of Juniper
and;�;LaureL,Road.)
It also'appears that this dwelling may be an unregistered rental home as the property owner(Weintraub)'has a
N'ewton,mailing address. Katherine (Health) was going to send out a notice inquiring about its status. Mr.
Weintraub currently has a permit for a kitchen remodel. Various inspectors will be returning to the site as work

issued on January 30, 1980. Section .119.1 of the Massachusetts State
Building Code requires that an Occupancy Permit be issued before the
dwelling is occupied.
