Mrs. Sandorse presented her=petition-'for variance relief, at-Map 228, Lot749 Katherine Road, ,,Centerville in an RC zoning districtrfor a lot containing 10,500 square feet that the petitioner purchased three years ago., The. petitioner purchased her residence twelve- years ago which is contiguous with this lot - both parcels are solely. in her name. :,When the petitioner-'purchased' this lot, it was to the best of her knowledge; `a buildable lot. The lots on either side are of -comparable size and have homesriconstructed ou_them. Mrs. Sandorse would like to. construct a single-family, residenCe on this lot. Ldke Lally found that variance conditions do exist, simply b,epause_ of the fact that the lot is located among lots of similar s•ize.''.
