As per our discussion last week,I am requesting an extension on building permit#- 53753
on map and parcel- 226 146 002. We are currently trying to resolve plan approval issues with
Wayne Kurker, who has deeded plan approval, and have a court date set for Thursday, May 30,
2002. However, we feel that even if we do move forward after the court date, we do not have
enough time to begin excavation and get a foundation in the ground before the expiration date of
June 6, 2002. Therefore, we respectfully ask that the building permit be extended until we can
resolve these legal issues. Thank you for your consideration of this matter and please contact me
with any questions or concerns.

This letter is in regard to the delays associated with the
commencement of construction at 11 Kearsarge Avenue, West
Hyannisport. I, as the buyer, have had this property underd/C..�__
purchase and sale agreement for the better part of the -year, but
have been unable to close due to a legal dispute with an abutting ' ,
neighbor. My attorney, Albert Schulz, Osterville, has indicated
to me that this legal dispute should be resolved by the end of
2002. It is my intention to close on the property at that time
and immediately commence construction, weather permitting.
