We are currently trying to resolve plan approval issues with Wayne Kurker, who has deeded plan approval, and have a court date set for Thursday, May 30, 2002. However, we feel that even if we do move forward after the court date, we do not have enough time to begin excavation and get a foundation in the ground before the expiration date of June 6, 2002. Therefore, we respectfully ask that the building permit be extended until we can resolve these legal issues.
