From the field observation of the property,the existing roof structure was observed as follows: The existing roof structure consists of composition shingles over plywood sheathing that is supported by 2x8 roof rafters at 16"on center at Arrays 1 & 3 and 2x10 roof rafters at 16"on center at Array 2. The rafters at Array 1 is sloped at approximately 17 degrees and Array 2 & 3 are sloped at approximately 37 degrees.and have a maximum projected horizontal span of 11'-10"at Array:l, 2'-3"at Array. 2.and 3'-9"at Array 3:between load bearing walls.
