Construction Dear Mr. DeLuz: This is in connection with a garage to be con- structed at 60 Marie Avenue, Centerville, Massachusetts by Alex Watt of Watt Bros. Construction Co. (Box 130, Forestdale, Massachusetts 02644; telephone number 888-7757) . Your approval is requested to build a two car garage with two nearly full shed dormers as more fully described by Mr. Watt and as shown in the enclosure. The dormers are intended to have the design of the new garage be in harmony with that of the house and for no other reason. I understand your concern is that I may use the loft area of the garage as living quarters. While I understand that concern I assure you that I do not intend under any circumstances to use the loft area for any purpose except storage. If I were to do otherwise, in violation of the law, the Town could prevent any continued illegal use and could seek appropriate penalties as provided by law. No plumbing facilities are to be provided and only a pull down staircase is planned. I would agree to any other restrictions that. you would like to impose that would not unreasonably affect the intended use of the loft area for storage.
