My name is Thomas Maroney a certified Construction Supervisor # 040097.
I am writing 'this letter regarding permit # 30285 for 104 Monomoy Circle,
Centerville, Ma 02632. Sittuations have rendered it impossible for me to complete
the addition of John Petercuskies house as of April 23, 1987. I am requesting
that you pull permit # 30285 immediately. . I greatly appreciated your input
on April 29th regarding this matter.

The following is a binding contract Between Sterling Construction
Company, represented by Thomas Maroney General Contractor #040097 ,
hereby called the agent and John Petertuske and Dorithy Petertuske
104 Monomoy Circle, of Centerville, Ma. 02673.
hereby called the client. The client is engaging the services of
the agent to construct a 26'x26' attached addition as described on "Plans
A,B,C, filed at the town hall, Barnstable, Mass. Refer to Door, Window, Electric,
and Plumbing Schedule (attached). 'All plans have been approved by the Agent and

The total agreed amount for -the attached serves is $19,625.00
Payments are tobe made as follows$3,500. Retainer (pulling of permit)
$5,000. foundation poured. $5,000...Rough frame. $5,000. Shell complete $1,125 Completed.
Any "Extras",changes or alteration from the original working plan
are made at the clients expence.
Remarks or extra conditions :
Both parties have agreed to engage in a simple contract. Payments are tobe made `
the Agent will stop construction. The structure is guaranteed
for craftsman defects for one year of completion date. If the contract is voided "
for any reason at anytime the client is responsible for any outstanding labor
or material debts at that phase of construction. Agent agrees to supervise and
construct this unit to the best of his ability and Knowledge.
Work tobe contracted: Stake out foundation, Install 26'x26' foundation (4' )y
Erect rough frame, Install asphalt roof, Install doors & windows, Install siding
& trim, Rough electric & rough plumbing, Finish interior 1st floor only, Install
4" slab and extended apron, Move gas (town) relocate 4"waste pipe, Rough heat &
electric (10 outlets) 2nd floor area, Vent bathroom (main house),Stain,Paint by client.
