plan; cutout and infill wall studs and sheathing as
required. Furnish and install all replacement windows

to be Anderson vinyl clad or Owner approved equal ;

and ix trim. Plain bevel siding to be "A" grade 1/2 x 8
red cedar rough side out with 6" exposure; stain BOTH
sides with latex solid color stain using Behr #515
Flintstone, 1 coats . Trim to be #1 s4s pine; prime both
sides and paint 2 coats with Behr exterior latex #
color- white .
3 . 7 Existing fireplace/chimney/hearth to be demolished and
removed to below the first floor level ; legally dispose
of materials off site. New hearth and protective fire
resistant air-gap wall to be selected by Owner and
installed G.C. Patch and infill roof opening at former
chimney location; match adjoining finishes . Match
shingle color as close as possible.
3 . 8 Remove existing entry stairs and dispose of same;
SALVAGE "growth board" vertical trim piece at existing
front left of porch and return to Owner.
3 . 9 Remove existing block exterior furnace chimney to grade
and neatly patch opening in concrete block to match
adjacent surfaces .

3 . 10 Carefully remove and salvage all existing knotty pine
1x6 and trim; remove to Owners designated salvage

infill opening to match existing strucure and
finishes . Inspect/remove existing porch flooring;
shim/plywood overlay this area to' match main floor
elevation. Prep/patch all areas as required in
anticipation of new floor finishes as per schedule .
3 . 15 Remove existing main electrical panel; install new
main electrical service . New service to be 200 Amp,
120/240, single phase; locate panel in existing

required. Maintain washer dryer hook-up
3 . 19 Re-position sanitary sewer piping as appropriate to
