Over J P J the last couple of months, the following general work has occurred: 1. Site clearing and mobilization. 2. General excavation and preparation for footings 3. Form and pour of all 3 building foundations 4. Demolition of the 151 Oak Street house 5. Installation of underground site drainage structures Briggs Engineering & Testing has been retained for compaction and concrete testing. Their reports will be forwarded as part of this and subsequent progress reports. J.M. O'Reilly& Associates, the civil engineer of record has also been on site inspecting site work and will be submitting a certified foundation plan soon. - We have been conducting weekly job site meetings to monitor work in progress and adherence to the construction documents. All work completed to.date has been done in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the construction documents. A series of testing reports and progress photographs are included for your reference. The units are to be located in three, two-story buildings and consist of 6 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units. The development.is located on a 6.9 acre site created by the combination of two lots (70 Stage Coach Road and 151 Oak Street). The units are to be clustered on 2 acres accessed from Stage Coach Road. The remaining area of the property is to be protected and.preserved through a conservation restriction. The Comprehensive Permit process designates the Zoning Board of Appeals as the local permit issuing board. In accordance with CMR 760 Section 56.05(3), the Board is notifying you of this application and requesting your review of the application prior to its decision. The public hearing is scheduled to be opened on December 2, 2009 at 7:00 PM. If you could provide your comments to this Office by November 24, 2009 for transmittal to the Board Members and the Applicant prior to the hearing, it would be greatly appreciated.
