I have been recently notified by a neighbor that there are plans
to erect a residential building on the lot adjacent to mine.
I visited your office at O9OO hours on Friday,26 July,in an attempt
to verify this Information.I spoke to one of your employees but
neglected to obtain his name.He was wearing a hearing aid in his right
ear.He could not find any evidence of a construction permit.
I believe the property is owned by a John Boyne and is either
lot SQ or 38 .The property is a little over an acre and has a
house on it that is presently rented.
As one of the abutters I am interested if -placing a second home on
this property is in violation of the present zoning regulations.
I am also vitally interested in how access is to be gained to the
property.Also,why I was not notified of this through your office
as others have been?
Would you please be so kind as to provide me the requested information
at your earliest convience.
