Anderson, ZEO , RE: Zoning Complaint—over crowding/commercial vehicles LOCUS: 354 Pine Street, Centerville I returned a call from Thomas Kelley this morning at 8:30 AM as he left me a VM indicating that he called on 5/17, 6/3 and 6/14 and no one had returned his call. I explained that I had not received the message that I was to return his call instead I was provided with the complaint information and had in fact responded to the property. I inspected the site with Martin McNeely (COMM FD) and found the property to be used as multi-family home and was set up as an apartment building. At no time I have observed commercial trucks on site. This may be because the occupants are working off site while I am at this site. Mr. Kelly continued to complain about the history of the property from more than 10 years ago. I informed him that I was unaware of the history 3` until I was called to investigate this property by COMM FD. I told Mr Kelly that when the matte is sorted out the commercial truck issue will be resolved as well. Currently, our legal department is discussing this matter with the property owner's attorney. I could not commit to a timeframe although Mr. Kelly persisted and was a little discouraged by my reluctance to provide a definitive answer. This property was to be sold.
