Hi Guys,
FYI: I just got off the phone with a broker regarding this property. There is an apartment in the basement. I told
her that all kitchen stuff had to come out, a building permit is necessary and all bedrooms exceeding the septic
capacity and/or lacking egress would have to be opened.up in order to remove privacy (again on the same
building permit). I also informed her that COM would hold up the smokes until such time that the work was
finished, inspected and approved.
