JOB DESCRIPTION
RISE Engineering will provide labor and materials to seal areas of your home against wasteful,excess air leakage. This work will be
performed in concert with the use of special tools and diagnostic tests to assure that your home will be left with a healthful level of air
exchange and indoor air quality.Materials to be used to seal your home can nclude caulks,foams,weatherstripping and other products.
Primary areas for sealing include air leakage to attics,basements and other unheated areas(windows are not generally addressed.) This work
will be performed at the rate of$66 per man per hour,which includes materials and testing. 16 man hours.

RISE Engineering will provide labor and materials to install a 8"layer of R-30 Class 1 Cellulose added to 836 square feet of open attic space.

RISE Engineering will provide labor and materials to install a 8.5"layer of R-30 Class 1 Cellulose added to 76 square feet of open attic space.

RISE Engineering will provide labor and materials to install anew,finished plywood,attic space access hatch.The hatch will be-insulated, ;
weatherstripped and held closed by eye hooks. (Wood surfaces will be unfinished. Prime coat and/or paint is not included.)

RISE Engineering will apply all applicable,eligible incentives to this contract. You will be billed only the Net amount. Currently,for
households where total income is less than or equal to 80%of median income, the Cape Light Compact offers 100%incentive toward eligible
