Dear Mrs. Olsen:
Your tenant at 29 Priscilla Street is illegally running a professional gym in the garage.
Further, the garage was finished without permits. We told your tenants last spring that
this sort of use would not be allowed, but apparently they did it anyway.
You are hereby ordered to cease and desist this illegal use of the garage. You are being
given 7 days from your receipt of this letter to see that it is discontinued. Failure to
follow this order could result in criminal charges.
Please call this office and ask for Ms. Urenas to discuss this.
