Anderson RE: Inspection—Confirm Status of Former Basement Apartment LOCUS: 72 Rolling Hitch Road, Centerville Bruno and Elizabeth Beek purchased this property from Greg Nowak on 11/1/12. They are currently in the process of settling in and were surprised to find the property record was flagged with an illegal apartment identified in the lower level. Although, there are no permits to remove the kitchen our file contains a photo of the basement kitchen. I arranged to inspect the property on this date and reported to the site with Jeff Lauzon. Mr. Beek admitted us and we inspected the lower level finding only open finished spaces and a bathroom. I advised Mr. Beek that we would document this inspection and close out the complaint. I will have the property record status to reflect that is has been restored to a single family.
