This office has received a complaint regarding the sale of vehicles and boats from your property
located aF932 West Mam Street. You should know that I have previously had occasion to
witness the displaymyself:Whereas the zoning in this area of West Main Street is limited to that
of a single-family use; any other use is contrary to our Zoning Code as cited above. As a result,
you are hereby notified that all other must cease immediately.
Should you desire to explore obtaining the necessary approvals for the repair and sales of used
vehicles,please know that I am available to help facilitate your application through the proper
process. Furthermore,I will be happy to assist you in identifying an appropriately-zoned
business location.
At this juncture, it is necessary to inform you that non-compliance is subject to fines of up to
$300.00 per day. We remain confident that you will take immediate action to remedy this
