The lot was re-zoned by Article No. 1 on 2/28/85 at the Town meeting. This article established a one acre minimum lot size in all residential districts. Lot 10 was divided by two zoning districts, RC and RD-1. The buildable portion of this lot is located in the RC zone. Under Article 2-2(3), a less restrictive use can be transferred 30 feet into more restrictive zone.
