He was in basement about 6 months ago for an oil burner issue. There was some kind of sewage spill that was not properly cleaned up. Breezeway between house and garage has bags of rotting food. Mice, rats, etc. have had run of house for a while based on the look of things inside. He, said navigating inside the home was almost impossible. She is there if car in driveway.
