Request`,WorkHlstory . V Entered on 1/17/2013 3:23:04 PM went to said location on 1/16/2013 and did witness violations, see order letter. Two items were 24 hour violations. a heating oil spill in basement and there were no CO alarms. i called the owners to inform them of these more urgent violations. They said they would take care of both by the next day. i met with owner on site on I/17/2013. Although there were numerous vehicles`present no one would come to the door. at that time the owners showed me the receipts for the CO.alarms and the occupants signatures confirming installation on the afternoon of 1/16/201-3. i also spoke with the company that cleaned the basement Fitzy's Refrigeration 26 zeno Crocker dr.
