The second floor level contains a single additional room which includes the loft space over the original garage plus the space over the new stall. Dormers on both the front and the back increase the attractiveness and usable space. The new room is a multi-purpose room which is basicly an office and den, but includes the functions of TV room, library, sewing room, project room and exercise area. Because access to the room is through the master bedroom (via a four foot arch as specified), the new room together with the existing bedroom form a master bedroom suite. The new addition DOES NOT include any additional bedrooms. The total bedroom count remains at three, all of which are included in the original structure.
