Please be informed that I have this day made a formal
complaint to the state bureau .of licensing against Mr . Build
of Cape Cod also known as Cape Cod Building and remodeling
Company.
I have requested that the building license of these companies
be suspended immediately pending an administrative hearing at
which time and upon the review of sufficient evidence and
findings of fact that the license be revoked indefinitely.
The charges vary from improper building techniques,
misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance, numerous civil
improprieties as well as criminal offenses of which I plan to
file in federal and state courts.
