Appeal No 1984-50 Page of On May 17, 19 84 , The Board of Appeals found No. <F k Attorney Richard Anderson represented the petitioner who is seeking a Variance s f from frontage and square foot requirements located at Lot 39 Mashpee Road, Cotult in an RF zoned district (Lot J). The petitioner purchased the land in 1970 and created a subdivision. He owned lots A - J and over the years eight lots were y.j built on, after that the building business went into,a decline and as a result, the petitioner did not build on.the two remaining lots within the time to take advantage of the protection that these lots had. The protection expired in 1977 consequently the lot does not meet the current zoning requirements. It would be a hardship attributable to topography, if the petitioner were not able to 9 84, r,•:, build on said lot. Some of the lots sur•ound,ing this particular lot are smaller than the lot that would be created if allowed.
