status of ownership of the above captioned property since

By deed dated August 22, 1973 David J. Foley and Ann
D. Foley obtained title to Lots 6 & 7 from M. Gale Lemoine .
Said lots were described as being shown on a Plan byBearse
& Law dated May 12, 1972 . Said plan is recorded with Barnstable
Deeds in Plan Book 258 Page 111 . At the time of thi-s�plan the
two abutting lots ( # 2 & 5 combined and. # 3) were improved
with houses in other ownership from Foley . Ann D. Foley on
August 23, 1984 conveyed her interest in the 2 lots to-' David
J. Foley.
