Spath on December 23, 1968 by deed in Book 1425:Page 550 r` and Ms. Spath had acquired title from the Cotuit Realty Associates, Inc. in 1963 in Book 1228 Page 60. Mr. Litt's wife, Margaret W. Litt, acquired title to the property to the east shown as Lot 18 on said plan by deed in Book 1410 Page 169. The two lots never merged and were never held in the same name.
