After review and consideration of public testimony, application and record file, on February 16, 2021, the Commission by a vote of one in favor, three opposed, and one abstention, failed to find that the single family structure is a preferably preserved significant building. At its meeting on March 16, 2021,the Commission ratified the aforementioned February 16, 2021 vote by a vote of three in favor and one abstention. Therefore, the full demolition may proceed without further delay by this Commission. This decision applies only to the demolition described in the notice of intent submitted on January 20, 2021. No future demolition shall be permitted without application and approval from the Barnstable Historical Commission. Members present and voting on this application on February 16,2021 were: Nancy Clark, Marilyn Fifield, Cheryl Powel,Jack Kay. Frances Parks abstained. In 2016,they further split 036-040(Lot 2) into 3 lots.These cannot exist for addressing until I have finished closing the FY2017 tax roll record and created a new FY2018 Vision database.That will happen by the 28th or,29th of this month. I told this same thing to Michael Schultz at my front counter earlier today. When the new year is created, what was 036-040(Lot 2)will become 036-040(Lot.4),036-040-002(Lot 5)and 036-040-003 (Lot 6). 1 do not know which street address you have below aligns with which new parcel. There is only one parcel I.D for what he is saying is three separate lots. This makes 3 houses on one lot that does not work.They must be formally separated if they are in fact three separate parcels. He maintains they are separate lots however this is not the case as they all have the same parcel I.D. This is problematic. How are they are separate lots with the same parcel I.D?They must be formally separated so that we can treat them as separate parcels.
