In 1933-34 the large house was cut in half and relocated on the property and garages were constructed on each. Please see the attached photograph of the original structure. Like the other cottages on the property they are also uninsulated and without heat. The plan is to sever the existing garages of the current structures and put the original 1913 structure back together again. The buildings will be relocated to the east on Lot 6 (LCP 4235-E) and set back down on a new foundation. . The owner will also join the two severed garages,if feasible,and form a new garage on Lot 6. No material changes are planned. Once the buildings are stitched together,we will weave in roofing,trim and siding to match what exists.
