Appeal No t 984-09 Page 2 of 2 On January 26, 19 84_ The Board of Appeals found Carl Floren represented himself before the Board and is seeking a Special Permit to replace an existing structure, as well as a variance from setback requirements at 14 Sea Street , Cotuit in an RF zoned district. Mr. Floren wants. to replace a house 36X24 and an 8X10 shed on the premises - the new house would be 37X23 with a 6X8 air lock entrance in the rear - this would.not be an increase in size. The original house was a 14X18 structure that was taken from the center of Town and added on to piecemeal . Originallv the petitioner wanted to use a portion of the existing house, however, the condition of the house was so poor that he was unable to do. this. A new septic system has been provided for - the petitioner has already been to the Board of Health. No one spoke in favor or in objection to the petition and the Board took the matter under advisement. The Board unanimously voted to grant the petition for a Special Permit/Variance in accordance with -the plans submitted with the filing, with the exception of the shed which is to be deleted .and not authorized .
