Dear Jeff,
I have been made aware of an issue regarding a shed on Thankful Lane, in
Cotuit. I find that the is shed temporarily located at 90 Thankful Lane Cotuit
and actually belongs to Mr. Douglas Duarte whom I represent as the buyer's
broker for the purchase of 14 Thankful Lane . When moving from 83
Thankful Ln (across the street) Mr. Duarte's shed was temporarily moved to
90 Thankful Ln.on its way to 14 Thankful. This was done by agreement
with all parties and is still in effect. -
Mr. Duarte is purchasing 14 Thankful Lane and this is the intended final
resting place for the shed in question. As we have encountered a small title
problem, the relocation of shed is delayed slightly. Please know that we
hope to close in next month (maybe sooner) and finalize the move of the
homeless shed to its rightful and legal new home.
