This site has a long history of environmental and Title V permitting, dating back over 12-14 years. On August 15, 2007, the Board of Health granted variances for the construction of a septic system on this lot. Subsequent to that variance request being granted, an Amended Order of Conditions (SE 3-4203) was issued by the Conservation Commission. This Amended Order allowed another 100 feet of the ditch crossing the property to be piped and filled. This moved the state defined coastal bank further away from the septic system (to the headwall). The leaching system is now 123' away from the state-defined coastal bank and the septic tank is 89' away. Also enclosed are the floor plans for the proposed house and barn.
