(508)430-1900 FAX(508)430-9979 EMAIL:mdfesql@verizon.net D - Mr. Rob Gatewood December 18,2007 Cape Cod Conservation 200 Main Street Hyannis, MA 02601 RE: Order of Conditions Margaret Lloyd Cottage SE3-3858 Dear Mr. Gatewood: I write with respect to the above-referenced Order of Conditions to request that you bring to the attention of the Conservation Commission that the cabana/cottage that was approved pursuant to the Order will be revised internally so as to provide for a cooking facility and sleeping area. These changes will be made simply by way of notes on the floor plan but are necessary in order for the Building Commissioner to issue a building permit under the zoning ordinance so that the structure qualifies as a principal use. The Building Commissioner informs me that these two changes will allow him to issue a building permit under the zoning ordinance. Notwithstanding the changes, please be advised that my clients intend to fully abide by the provisions of the Lloyd Cotuit Conservation Restriction which encumbers the property, with respect to the prohibition on the use of the cabana/cottage structure as a single family dwelling. While I don't believe any action needs to be taken by the Commission by way of modification of the Order of Conditions,my clients did want me to bring this change to your attention so that it could be a matter of record and placed in their file accordingly. i Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
