These changes will be made simply by way of notes on the floor plan but are necessary in order for the Building Commissioner to issue a building permit under the zoning ordinance so that the structure qualifies as a principal use. The Building Commissioner informs me that these two changes will allow him to issue a building permit under the zoning ordinance.
