Lucien Poyant, 508-775-2371, stopped in hoping to obtain a letter(see message below). They have a meeting
Monday evening, 9/14 and Father is hoping to have a letter in hand for the meeting.
When Brian Dudley called -1 asked him if there were any DEP regulations prohibiting a church from removing their
crypt which hadn't been used for many years (25-30 years) and is empty.
He had the Lakeville agent with him who handles water supply regulations. After checking with agent, Brian said it
was fine. He asked if it was in Zone 11, groundwater protection --- it is not. Told no issue.
Hope this is helpful.

Lucien Poyant stopped in to request something in writing regarding the removal of the Crypt at cemetery.
The Administrator of Church, Father Michael Fitzpatrick has requested that we put in writing that we do not have
any issue with them removing the crypt on their property just so they have something in their records.
Please send a letter to: Father Michael Fitzpatrick, Administrator
Saint Francis Xavier Church
261 South Street
