They have a meeting Monday evening, 9/14 and Father is hoping to have a letter in hand for the meeting. When Brian Dudley called -1 asked him if there were any DEP regulations prohibiting a church from removing their crypt which hadn't been used for many years (25-30 years) and is empty. He had the Lakeville agent with him who handles water supply regulations. After checking with agent, Brian said it was fine. He asked if it was in Zone 11, groundwater protection --- it is not. Told no issue. Hope this is helpful.
