The only hazardous materials noted on site were three gallons of windshield washer fluid and a few miscellaneous containers of lubricants. The building space consists of a two garage bays, two offices and tire storage area. The garage appeared very unorganized and cluttered. There were no auto mobiles in the garage for service.
