The heater is fed by an attached 15 gallon tank, the unit is not hard piped to a separate tank. It has not been approved by the Fire Department or DEP. In additition, the fire extinguishers have not been charged/checked since 8/2004. The garage is operated by John Papgis and general storage is crowded. I have requested that he create one designated accumulation area for his waste oil (he has three storage areas, including one out of doors), and label the storage area and drums appropriately. Mr. Papgis is aware that I was contacting the Fire Department regarding the heater. Thanks, Cindy Hazardous Materials Specialist Barnstable Public Health Division ,200 Main Street Hyannis,MA 02601 Tel: 508-862-4645 Fax: 508-790-6304 I 1 Date: TOWN OF BARNSTABLE TOXIC AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ON-SITE INVENTORY NAME OF BUSINESS: Aa n) 11,o,—,7oA1 r BUSINESS LOCATION: 7W lfkAe, kS,55 Jl INVENTORY MAILING ADDRESS: P, 0 .
