This letter contains information from that visit that will help you become compliant with and remain compliant with Chapter 108 of the Town of Barnstable Ordinance: Hazardous Materials. Enclosed is a copy the Toxic and Hazardous Materials On-Site Inventory form from the visit. Please note the observations identified at your place of business during the hazardous materials inspection and their corresponding recommendations listed below: OBSERVATIONS: • Hazardous Materials Permit has been obtained for 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. • MSDS present in the facility. • Drain in garage is tied into a tight tank. • Vented paint room in the facility. • Hazardous Waste area is labeled. • Paint gun washer lid was closed when not in use. • Fixed eyewash station in place. • Three flammable cabinets for paint storage are in place.
