Each property has a 30' NE Tel"Telegraph Easement running through them. Can you tell me if placing all, or any part, of the septic system within the easement is prohibited? i have noticed that there are some adjacent properties that have septic system components within the easement. Please respond as soon as possible as the septic systems are in failure and need to be replaced.
