Dear Ms. Hutcheson:
The Horsley Witten Group, Inc. (HW) has prepared the attached Phase V Status Report related to
the commercial property located at 43-55 Iyanough Road, Hyannis, Massachusetts on behalf of
the D'Olimpio Real Estate Trust, 75 Powder Hill Road, Barnstable, Massachusetts.
This report summarizes the findings associated with the chosen remedial action for this site.,
monitored natural attenuation. Petroleum-related compounds were identified in groundwater
samples collected from monitoring wells at the site. HW will continue to monitor these
conditions and submit another status report, or other related documentation as required by the
Massachusetts Contingency Plan 310 CMR 40.0000.
