Dear Mr.McKean:
On behalf of Ms. Tiom Korpela of 114 Iyanough Road, Groundwater&Environmental Services,
Inc. (GES) is informing you that 'a Downgradient Property Status (DPS) Opinion has been
completed for the Undeveloped Lot (Map 328/Lot 147) located at 126 Iyanough Road in the
Hyannis section of Barnstable, Massachusetts. Assessment environmental investigations at the
property have identified petroleum impacts in groundwater that are not related to site land use,
but rather have migrated onto the property from apparent petroleum release(s) at upgradient
property(ies);
The report will be submitted on or about June 23, 2006 to the Southeast Regional Office of the
Massachusetts`Department of Environmental Protection(MADEP), located at 20 Riverside Dries,
Lakeville Massachusetts. You may contact GES at (978) 392-0090 if you wish to review this -
document.
