A site visit was performed at the above facility. The facility was not yet in
operation but a walk through revealed that there were no hazardous materials being
stored, nor was there any space dedicated for vehicle service. The building will be used
as a showroom, with offices, and a service desk. All vehicle service will be performed at
the Toyota service garage (next door). It is anticipated that the facility will be operational
within two weeks.
