The property owned by you located at 575 Main Street Unit C Hyannis, was inspected on June 27, 2013 by Timothy B. O'Connell, R.S., Health Inspector for the Town of Barnstable. This inspection was conducted on the basis of the rental registration in accordance with Chapter 170 of the Town of Barnstable Code. The following violations of the State Sanitary Code were observed: 105 CMR 410.100 - Kitchen Facilities. There is not a stove and oven provided within unit for cooking purposes. 105 CMR 410.450- Means of Egress: Egress from unit does not meet Massachusetts o State Building Code requirements. 105 CMR 41`0.503—Protective Railings and Walls. Balcony lacking guardrails and balusters. 105 CMR 410.480-Locks. Kitchen window does not lock.
