While on site, the following violations were observed: 4_5: No valid registration received at the Health Division office in compliance with article XXIX. 5-1, 5-2, 5-3: Barrels containing chemicals stored outdoors on the ground. 8-1. 8-2: Hazardous materials observed released upon the ground. You are directed to remove and properly dispose of all chemicals from the property within 5 (five) days of receipt of this order. You may request a hearing if written petition requesting same is received within 7 (seven) days of this order. Any person who shall fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to the sections of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined 300 dollars.
